I really wanted to go to the opening but unfortunately we had a family emergency & had to go out of town. But I did make an appointment after I got home & happy I did. I was very impressed! First of all it was a very beautiful clean place. The staff were all friendly, attentive & helpful. I asked about the club membership & after hearing what the perks was I signed up so Im gonna give it a try. It seems like a great idea & it saved me money off my bill with the points I earned immediately after I received my treatment, plus I get a free vitamin B shot!! Whoo whoo Kathleen
First and foremost, Heather, the Patient Care Coordinator did an amazing job explaining the service I was interested in. She was very knowledgeable about BBL Young for the face. Her genuine passion and knowledge for the services they offer at Pure Medspa made me confident I chose the right place for treatment. From the moment I walked through the door I was greeted with warm smiles and made to feel comfortable and at ease in their beautiful new facility. The treatment itself was seamless process thanks to the skilled technician treating me they insured my comfort and well-being and I was informed and relaxed every step of the way.
