Francesca is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and gentle throughout the entire session. The treatment was quick, far less uncomfortable than I expected, and she checked in often to make sure I was doing okay. Her attention to detail and genuine care really stood out. I highly recommend! Plus the lounge was so nice to sit and enjoy the short wait I had!

I just had a wonderful, relaxing Deluxe HydraFacial with Melanie Gonzalez. After a lot of work travel, it was just the thing my skin needed. Sabrina with the front office is so friendly and welcoming — reception and the lounge are gorgeous and tranquil. This place has thought of all of the extra touches that make it a 5-star experience. They make it so easy to book an appointment online, too. If I were local to Medford, I would absolutely consider one of their memberships. For now, I'll be keeping it in mind when I'm back in town visiting my family in Medford.

I can’t recommend Pure Medspa enough! Their metabolic weight loss program has been a total game changer; I’ve lost almost 100lbs! They made the entire process feel easy and sustainable. The Pure Medspa staff was professional, courteous and friendly. It is a bit premature to comment on the effectiveness of the treatment. This is the second attempt to remove a venous lake. So far, no noticeable difference. I will be happy to change that score of four to a five if the treatment works.
