I've been seeing Joe at Pure Med Spa for nearly 8 years, and I can't recommend him highly enough. He’s efficient, professional, and always respectful of my time — which I truly appreciate. I prefer to get in and out without the small talk, and he makes that possible while still delivering top-tier service. The spa itself is absolutely beautiful, and Joe has built an incredible team. Every time I walk in feeling a little run down, I leave feeling refreshed, confident, and cared for. They offer a wide range of treatments and high-quality products — it really is a one-stop shop for looking and feeling your best. Recently, I started using their skincare products and have been genuinely impressed. The Light Moisturizer and tinted SPF are amazing — lightweight, non-greasy, and feel great on the skin. I’ve tried so many others, and these are by far my favorite. Definitely ask for samples — it’s what got me hooked! Also, Stefanie the manager is a gem. She's warm, welcoming, and clearly passionate about what she does. You can feel the positive energy she brings to the space. If you're looking for a med spa in Southern Oregon, Pure is the place. Professional, uplifting, and consistently excellent.

Walking into Pure Medspa feels like stepping into the Four Seasons — right here in Medford, Oregon. Every detail is thoughtful and elevated, from the beautiful space to the warm, professional staff. I’ve had Botox, HydraFacials, and laser treatments, and the results speak for themselves. They don’t just treat you — they take care of you. Their membership program makes it easy to stay consistent without sacrificing luxury. This is hands down the best medspa experience in Southern Oregon!

Joe and his entire team are such professionals! I've gotten a variety of treatments there including Botox, under eye PRF, laser hair removal and facial rejuvenation lasers and have seen the best results! Highly recommend!

I have had 10 or more facials over the last year and a half, that have all been wonderful. Each facial was relaxing and my skin looks and feels fabulous. The aesthetician also recommended skin products to maintain that healthy glow! In addition, I have had five Moxie treatments, which were relatively painless and gave my skin a glow, a firmer feel, and helped with discolorations. I’ve had coolsculptung done on my thighs and that was a game changer, giving my pants a much better fit and making me just feel better about my legs. I have had microneedling done which also helped to give my skin a smoother texture, and better tone. Botox is my friend, giving my eyebrows arches again! Joe does a great job with that and his botox injections last longer than botox injections I received at a botox party, which I'll never do again. PUREmedspa has so many good reviews because they have highly trained, certified aestheticians, state-of-the-art equipment, and cutting edge skin care products, not to mention the facility that can't be matched by any other spa in our area. It's an amazing place geared toward a complete spa experience. THERE HAS BEEN A POST THAT SAYS THERE ARE SO MANY GOOD POSTS BECAUSE WE ARE PAID! WHAT A CROCK. I wasn't paid for this review. It is an honest assessment of my experiences at PUREmedspa.

My experience at Pure was nothing short of amazing. From the check in process, to relaxing in the lounge, my time with the provider, everything was perfection. I’ve had several treatments done including injections, lasers, and massages, and I’m extremely satisfied with it all! Thank you Joe and team, I can’t wait to come visit again soon!

Got BBL/MOXI from the wonderful advanced esthetician Melanie. The whole process was wonderful and didn't feel long at all. I was immediately offered a drink to calmy nerves and felt relieved that I had someone as courteous as Melanie taking care of me. The check in and out process was fast and easy and even sitting in the lounge was a great experience. Relaxing place to calm my nerves if im getting a more intense treatment.
