My experience receiving botox was good. My only suggestion is that care providers really ought to introduce themselves when they walk in the room to meet you for the first time. It's just a best practice. Neither of mine did that. Otherwise, they were great.
Was recommended to try this place out from a friend who works there (thanks again Kevin) and I’m so glad he did. Right from the start it was a wonderful experience with the friendly receptionist. I have had many massages but the one I got today from Aalexyz was exceptional! She very clearly knows what she’s doing and is also so sweet and soothing to interact with. The facilities are gorgeous and festive, giving an upscale vibe while also being warm and inviting. They offer generous selection of drinks and even some snacks. I went for a mimosa and was very pleased with the quality. It was delicious! The robes are so luxurious, the best I’ve ever worn! I very much look forward to coming back for another massage with her and also to trying some of their many other wonderful services! Book your appointment now, you won’t regret it! 🧖🏼♀️💆♀️🍷
It was an experience of kindness and comfort and excellent work on this old face! The entire staff are the finest. Dr Joe is astounding! He truly is an artist and tops off the experience with his outstanding work.

Great ambiance, excellent service, best Botox experience I’ve ever had. Joe is great at what he does and obviously has a lot of experience and is a real professional at everything they offer! I will be coming back a lot! 5/5 stars! So glad Medford has an excellent spa that can fulfill my needs and exceed my expectations!

Today was my first appointment with the Pure MedSpa in Medford. I am so happy my daughter recommended this MedSpa! Today’s treatment was a Deluxe HydroFacial combined with dermaplaning. A perfect combo. The esthetician, Siobhan, took the time to discuss my skin and the treatment with me. She did a great job. My skin feels refreshed and looks refreshed! Thank you and I will be back.
